Meet Verona! This beautiful calico girl is about 1 year old. She was rescued in Rochester by the Verona Street Animal Society. She has been a Tabby Town resident since November of 2017.

She has a feisty and spunky personality that we have seen since she arrived at Tabby Town. She has a lot of energy and loves to run around and play. She loves toys and anything she can chase. Once she settles down she is affectionate and enjoys petting and attention.

Verona became frustrated in her condo. The constant noise and action of Tabby Town have stressed her out. This has resulted in her getting more of a cattitude. We recently moved her into a larger area for her to have more room to stretch her legs and to play, the move has definitely helped and we have seen quite the personality change.

We haven’t seen many negative interactions with other cats, but due to Verona’s high energy she can overwhelm a calmer or shy cat. She would need to live with another confident cat, or no other cats.

Verona really needs a home to call her own. She needs to feels safe and happy in order for her to reach her full potential. She would do best in a home without children.

Verona is spayed, current on vaccinations (Rabies and Distemper) and has been tested for FeLV (she tested negative).
