Meet Retread. He is a very handsome black and white cat who is about 8 years old.  He was surrendered to Tabby Town with his two brothers almost 4 years ago because of a death in the family and he is still looking for his forever home. His 2 brothers were adopted quickly but because Retread was shy, it is taking him much longer. 

He is also going to need someone with patience who is willing to let him just get comfortable at his own pace and not rush any interaction. Once he knows you and feels secure you will see that he is a very sweet cat. He enjoys being pet, showing affection by rubbing all around you, and he is very fond of treats. As much as he enjoys giving and getting attention, he is also very independent at times and will just love to hang out and chill with you. He will be a great companion for someone who has just the right home for him.
