Meet Shelby! This stunning 2 year old beauty was found as a stray and brought to the  Niagara SPCA , she then came to Tabby Town. She has been a Tabby Town resident since April of 2017. 

This gorgeous girl is definitely chocked full of that famous torti personality! She is sweet and affectionate but usually on her own terms. Once she’s done, she’ll let you know. She likes gentle petting and head scratches. She is playful and curious. She absolutely loves to play with paper balls! 

Shelby has been unable to reach her full potential in the shelter environment. All of the other cats, noises, and constant flow of people really stress her out and put her on edge. She can become easily overwhelmed. She is currently still working on her people skills but is coming along nicely. She is a spunky girl by nature but, when given the time, is a real sweet heart. She can be very very affectionate but she has to trust and feel comfortable first. 

Shelby does not like most other cats, so she would be best as the only cat in the home. She would thrive in a quiet, adult only home with previous cat experience and no other cats. This will help her feel the most comfortable so she can learn to fully trust people. 

We know the perfect home for Shelby is out there somewhere!!
