Meet Lemmy! This cute boy is about 6 months old. He was born approximately May of 2017. Lemmy and his family were rescued from a high kill shelter in West Virginia back in June of 2017. Lemmy and his sister, Dutchess, are the only members of the family that haven’t been adopted. Since they have grown up together and bonded, they have to be adopted together.

Lemmy is very affectionate and loving. He enjoys playing and getting into typical kitten mischief. He is a really wonderful kitten who deserves to finally have a home.

Lemmy is listed as special needs because of some medical issues he has. Since we rescued him at 4 weeks old, he has suffered from chronic upper respiratory infections. He has seen the vet multiple times, and has even been rushed to the emergency vet before. The vets have been unable to give us a definitive diagnosis for Lemmy’s problems. We theorize that his immune system has been weakened by infections as a kitten, and now he is more susceptible to infections. Any adopter would have to be willing to explore any further options a vet would recommend, and keep a close eye on him to make sure he is healthy.

Lemmy and Dutchess are both extremely sweet kittens would would benefit greatly from a furever home. Can you give them the loving and attentive home they deserve?
