Meet Garfield! This handsome man is about 1.5 years old. He has been a Tabby Town resident since September. 

Garfield is a sweet boy who loves to play with toys and is fascinated by sinks and running water. 

Garfield has a rather rough play style, he is a high energy cat who needs constant mental and physical stimulation. He loves attention, but when he hasn't had his energy drained he can become frustrated and react negatively. We believe that if he is played with often, he won't have all of that pent up energy.

Due to Garfield’s high energy he can easily overwhelm a calmer or shy cat. He also is very selective about the cats he gets along with. He would need to live with another confident high energy cat, or no other cats at all. A very slow and gradual introduction to any existing cats in the home recommended. 

Garfield would do best in a home with no children.

Garfield is neutered, combo tested for FIV and Feline Leukemia (he tested negative for both), and is up to date on vaccinations (rabies and distemper).
