Meet Taggart! This handsome tabby is about 6 months old. He was rescued out in the freezing snow with his sister "Blossom". Taggart is  a sweet and affectionate boy. He is silly and loves toys and to play. Taggart and Blossom are bonded so we will require that they be adopted together.
