Special Needs Adoption Meet beautiful Peggi. A 2 year old Calico, as precious as they come. This is a picture of her loving the freedom to lounge in the Rainbow Room. Peggi had a bit of a rough start, as all of her medical leads us to believe that she was hit by a car. She has some older injuries that have healed in her one hip and leg. Our friends at Dr. Gerber's office were the first to find her, giving her all the medical care that she needed on her journey to finding a home. She became under the weather when she first came to Tabby Town and was then seen by Brighton-Eggert Animal Clinic. They concurred that she probably was healing from a previous injury, but would be okay. Peggi is now back with us for adoption. She may always have a little limp and will do best in a low key, indoor environment, where she can just hang out and be who she is. We have observed that she has a little Calico cattitude! She loves to have her belly rubbed, but she's not a fan of being picked up. She might want to be the princess in the home also. We aren't sure yet. With her rainbow as protection, a volunteer will take you through the adoption process, sharing her records and making sure that she is right cat for you. She deserves a loving, happy, comfortable life. If you would like a Calico that will steal your heart, stop in to meet her soon. The Tabby Team
