This is Midnight, a very special boy who has been on a long journey. He is 2-3 years old, all black with short, super soft, fur. Tabby Town has become part of Midnight’s story. We are honored and better for that. Midnight’s story begins on a compassionate, sweet woman’s porch. He found his way there and she began to nourish and care for him outside. He even had a great shelter. Midnight was too scared for anymore human contact than that. He was living his best life the on ly way that he could. This lasted two years until one fateful day he was injured in a cat fight. It was at this point that Midnight's guardian reached out to Tabby Town for our help. We were more than willing to do that and got him to Transit Valley Animal Hospital. They have a fantastic group of caring people that stepped right in to administer medical care.

Once a Midnight was ready to go home his guardian made the decision to place him with us at Tabby Town. Unfortunately he struggled to adjust and became depressed, some of our kitties don’t do as well as others in a condo/cage situation. As a result she took him back home wanting very much to keep him, but as an indoor only cat. The guardian’s other cats did not accept poor little Midnight and all he wanted to do was sit in her lap.
As you can see Midnight has been through too much for such a young guy. Tabby Town pulled out all the stops and took him back. He has been given a very large condo complete with a snuggly bed so he can adjust slowly. You can see in the first picture he is at his guardian’s house, so happy, contrasted with his second picture bravely trying to get comfortable at Tabby Town. Even though Midnight spent a great deal of his young life outside he has become loving cat and homebody!

We would love to find a forever home soon as our sweet boy has had such a confusing journey!  A single pet home with lots of attention from his new family will be best. Midnight enjoys playing with all kinds of toys and loves to be brushed.......he has come quite a long way from being afraid of humans!   Also after he gets to know you he will “chat”/ chirp with you, lol!........such a character

Midnight has had a complete physical and is very healthy. All his shots are updated, he is neutered and has tested negative for feline leukemia and fiv.
